Scope: SCI was tasked with delivering a total site package, including clearing the site, establishing erosion control, grading, paving, building curbs, installing storm drains, and constructing the water and sewer infrastructure. The project is located at Triangle Innovation Point West (TIP West) in New Hill.

Highlight: The greatest accomplishment of this project was completing the project on schedule for the client given the complex nature of the onsite material and the adverse weather SCI managed. Paving preparation was completed in the winter months, so finishing on time was an achievement, considering how much winter weather can hamper progress.
