Projects include large residential communities, industrial sites, shopping centers, schools, athletic complexes, landfills and NCDOT roadway projects.

Here’s one example of how the Site Division team built with trust: 

In September 2018, SCI’s Site Division completed Big Brick, a medical campus for First Health located in Sanford, NC. Construction included a medical office, a building for physical therapy and a gym. The project began from the ground up, starting with clearing and erosion control all the way through paving and striping. SCI also completed all mass grading, drainage, and water and sewer installation.
