With Sanford Contractors for 11+ years, Justin Carter is Vice-President of the Bridge & Heavy Construction Division. He enjoys SCI’s family environment and positive culture.

“I take pride in the reputation we have for quality work in our industry,” said Justin. One of his most interesting experiences on the job was working with NCDOT to repair critical infrastructure in eastern NC during and after Hurricane Matthew in 2016.
